SMART MONITORING

Smart Monitoring is a web-based service offered to solar customers in order to maximize the performance of their solar array. System production data is collected regularly and is automatically posted on a secure website. Customers can log on at any time to view how much energy they are generating, and how much money they are saving. The same production data is monitored by your installer to proactively address any service issues.

Smart Monitoring provides you with transparency into how you are creating and using energy, while also enabling Joule Energy technicians to remotely monitor the health of the systems they’ve installed.
